Shipping Policy
United Kingdom Delivery:
Complimentary Delivery for Orders Over £100:
We are pleased to offer free standard UK delivery for all orders exceeding £100 (excluding VAT).
Standard Delivery Charge: The standard delivery charge for orders within the UK is £4.00.

Delivery to Non-Mainland UK, Remote UK Areas, and BFPO Addresses:
For deliveries to Non-Mainland and Remote Area UK, including BFPO Addresses, the delivery costs are structured as follows:

Minimum charge for up to 5 items: £6.00

Items 5 - 25: £1.00 each
Delivery to non-mainland and remote UK locations, including Northern Ireland, is capped at a maximum of £10.00, irrespective of the order size. Delivery to the Channel Islands is capped at a maximum of £20.00.

European Delivery:
Destinations: In addition to UK deliveries, we extend our services to various European countries, including but not limited to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Ukraine.
Charges: European delivery charges are structured as follows:

Rest of World Delivery:
For destinations such as Australia, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, New Zealand, South Africa, Thailand, and the United States of America, the delivery costs are as follows:

Order Grouping:
If multiple orders are placed to the same address, our system will automatically group them, removing or reducing the delivery charge on subsequent orders. To utilize this system, kindly place additional orders promptly, as grouping is contingent upon the garments from your initial order not having been shipped.

Delivery Times:
The standard dispatch time for all orders is 14 working days, with the possibility of longer dispatch times during peak periods. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during the order processing, dependent on prompt communication from Hybrid Print, including proof approval. Failure to respond promptly may impact the ability to meet the initially specified timeframe.

After Dispatch:
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event that you are not available to receive the goods, the driver will make subsequent attempts on the following days. If unsuccessful, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse, requiring payment for redelivery.
Return & Cancellations Policy
Cancellation of Orders:
We strive to achieve the shortest possible delivery time to meet your expectations. However, due to our commitment to providing a rapid delivery service, many orders are dispatched around 13 days after placement. Consequently, cancelling an order may not always be feasible.

Upon placing an order with us, expenses are incurred, encompassing artwork production, printing expenses, material procurement, and order placement with vendors, which may be subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. In the event of order cancellation, Hybrid Print reserves the right to assess charges for artwork fees, restocking costs, and any other expenses incurred between the receipt of your payment and the cancellation request.

Returns:
Our primary objective is to ensure one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, please contact us promptly. As our products are personalized, returns can only be accepted in cases where an error has occurred on our part or if the garments are found to be faulty. It is important to note that the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalized goods or goods made to a consumer's specification."

Prior to placing your order, we advise thorough examination of product size information. As we source garments from various manufacturers, standard sizing does not exist. For instance, a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ from a medium by Gildan. Once a garment is personalized, returns based on sizing issues can only be accepted if the product deviates from the measurements stated in the respective size guide. Should you receive garments that do not meet the specified measurements, please contact our team for assistance.

Blank Products Return Policy:
Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item's cost. Should you wish to return blank items, please contact our customer services team with your order number, and they will provide you with further instructions.
